Terms of Service

1. Services

Webdivs provides web development, mobile app development, eCommerce development, hosting, and UI/UX design services. All services are subject to a signed project agreement and approved scope document.

2. Payment Terms

Projects under $5,000: 50% deposit before work begins, 50% on delivery. Projects over $5,000: subject to milestone-based payment schedule defined in the project agreement.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment, the client owns all custom code, designs, and content produced for their project. Webdivs retains the right to display the project in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.

4. Revisions

Each project includes 2 rounds of design revisions and 2 rounds of content revisions within the agreed scope. Additional revisions are billed at our standard hourly rate.

5. Post-Launch Support

All projects include 30 days of free bug fixing post-launch. Bugs are defined as features not working as specified in the approved scope. New feature requests are subject to a new project agreement.

6. Limitation of Liability

Webdivs is not liable for loss of business, revenue, or data resulting from website downtime or security incidents beyond our reasonable control.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Egyptian courts.
